Can I get a sample of your product?
You can surely get sample of our products, you just need to select the product you want as sample and email us at info@wicazo.co.uk and we will deliver you the sample, as sample is free of cost but you need to pay us the courier cost.
Can I use my shipping account to get samples?
Yes, you can get samples via your shipping account, all you need to do is send us the airway bill of your dhl or fedex account and we will dispatch you sample against your airway bill.
Where can I view your price list?
You need to send us the email at info@wicazo.co.uk of selected products along with the required quantity and we will send you the prices of your chosen products.
Can you quote CNF or CIF Prices?
Yes, after selection of your required quantity of specific products you need to let us know your nearest airport or sea port and we will give you CNF or CIF
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) I can order?
It depends on selection of products, normally a pallet of products will be minimum order quantity e.g. 500 pcs of 2-3 kg natural salt lamps or 500 pieces of salt bricks of 2x4x8 inches etc.
Can I arrange my shipping for my order?
